GOC will kick off with Non-Resident Odias (NROs) of North America spearheading the initiative. The ultimate goal of GOC is to enfold all Odias in every geography in the world.The uniqueness of GOC is in it’s design to be a platform to bring the Odia Fraternity together in a digitally interactive format to promote connectivity, communication and collaboration and foster economic prosperity of Odisha as a state and the people of Odisha.
As the world gets closer aided by the digital tools, resident and non-resident Odias would need to develop a deeper commune for the comprehensive development of Odisha. The Team GOC has dedicated itself to build an inclusive platform of the global Odia diaspora, promote & support active Odia NextGen participation in the state’s all-around progress.

The Vision of GOC is to leverage the capabilities of the existing Odia societies universally & connect them to spread of networked, futuristic, digitally driven next generations, aiming at a larger role in the socio-economic development of the State and the diaspora.
